Nestled in a 100 year old pecan orchard on the edge of town, Amelia Farm and Market provides a bucolic setting, just minutes from downtown, for private functions ranging from corporate meetings to weddings and receptions. Amelia Farm and Market provides seating for 175, as well as beautiful sunset views, delicious sourced meals, and signature cocktails using seasonal ingredients.
We are proud to offer our facility, grounds and catering/prep kitchen for rent at the following daily rates:
Rental Rates:
One day rental of Amelia Farm and Market
- 10:00am-11:59pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: $3,150
- Friday: $4,725
- Saturday: $6,300
- Sunday: $3,825
*A nonrefundable 1/2 down of rental fee is due with signed contract and secures your date. The final non refundable payment of invoice with the final head count is due 30 days out. $1000 refundable damage deposit due with invoice
$45 per hour, per deputy paid by client for security
All staff billed at $25 per hour
We require a Whole House rental for all weddings regardless of size. The facility, grounds and catering/prep kitchen are available for 10:00am to 12:00am (midnight) on the day of your wedding. We also highly recommend using our chef curated and prepared meals.
